2014 Lexington Marlin Triathlon:
The 1st Annual Lexington Marlin Tri will be held at Lexington Swim Club located at 3 City Club Circle, Lexington, NC at 8:00 am on Saturday, August 9, 2014. Specified age groups will start at interval times. All age groups will be timed by On the Mark Sports.
Packet Pick up
Friday August 8th 6-9pm
Saturday August 9th 6-7am
Pick up location for both dates is at Lexington Swim Club, 3 City Club Circle.
BODY MARKING and CHIP PICK UP from 7-7:30am.
In case of inclement weather we reserve the right to delay and/or cancel any portion of the race or in its entirety, if we determine existing weather conditions pose a safety threat for the participants.
Course Information:
4-6 year olds
25 meter swim, 1/2 mile bike, 1/6 mile run
7-12 year olds
100 meter swim, 1.5 mile bike, 1 mile run
13-18 year olds
200 meter swim, 5 mile bike, 2 mile run
Adult Novice
200 meter swim, 5 mile bike, 2 mile run
Other Info:
Certified bike helmet MUST be worn at all times while on the bike-before, after, and druing the race.
