2014 Tri-Miami Triathlon:
The Tri-Miami Triathlon features two distances, Sprint and International. The Sprint begins with 1/4 mile ocean swim, then takes you on a 10 mile bike ride, and finishes with a 3 mile run. The International distance triathlon boasts a 1/2 mi ocean swim, 20 mile bike ride and a 6 mile run. We will also offer a Sprint duathlon consisting of a 1 mile run, 10 mile bike, then another run for 3 miles. This race promises to be an awesome and unique experience.
