The mud is calling! Sept 20th

It is time for the 6th running of the Big Nasty. Join the thousands who have gone before you, relive the glory days and sign up now for the most fun you can have playing in the mud. It is a test of your strength and endurance. It is a huge fundraiser for multiple charities and at the end of this challenge you will have forge a memory fit for a life time.

4.7 Miles, 30 obstacles, Lots of Mud.

• You must be 13 years of age or older

• Run solo or with a teammate

• Compete or run just for the fun of it

• More Mud but Less Money, as much as $40 less per person

• Just 15 mins from Savannah, Ga with easy access from I-95

• Kids Run 7:45 and 11:05 (free with adult Registration)

Serious about Teams:

We think the BNMR is best done in teams which is why we encourage you to register as a group. But when you do, make sure you tell your team mates what wave your running in and get them to sign up early so they don't miss out. With this registration your team mate will need to sign a waiver at packet pickup or on race day.

After online registration closes $60 per person - Only where available

CrossFit Wave: Show up with 5 or more team members from your gym and compete against other gyms. You must wear gym shirts and check in at the finishline. You run solo but you compete as, and win as a team, let the strongest be recognized. Your competing for the Crossfit Cup.

You can pickup for your teammates and friends with a confirmation Reciept.
