Description:

2010 Run/Bike For Your Health:

  • This Race is ran at an elevation of 7000 feet. Great for a training workout.
  • The Duathlon course has some rolling hills, nothing major.
  • The run has a hill (graveyard hill) at the 2 mile mark which let you look out over the valley.
  • 5K course is the same as the Duathlon run course.
  • 10K course is slightly up hill for over half of it.
