Course Information:
Ages 7,8 & 9 - swim first indoor pool 50 yards. Bike 2 miles one hill - closed campus road, paved bike path and dirt bike trail. Run/walk to the track .5 miles. Awards to follow immediately.
Ages 10-13 - swim 100yrds. indoor pool following the younger age grp., bike 2.5 mils. on closed campus road, one hill, paved bike path and dirt bike trails. Run/walk 1.0 mile to track. Awards given immediately.
