Run, Row & Ride through the capital city on this flat, fast course that showcases the beauty of downtown Charleston. This unique yet competitive event is designed for competitors of all fitness and skill levels. In a beautiful setting along the Kanawha River in our state's capital, this family-friendly challenge features a post-race picnic with live music, kids' activities, and great prizes. Solo and team entries are welcome. Net proceeds from the race go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southern WV.

4.2 mile road run from Magic Island to Daniel Boone Park
4.2 mile paddle on the Kanawha River from Daniel Boone Park back to Magic Island
16.8 mile road bike ride that is a two loop ride along the Kanawha Boulevard.
