2014 Cortland Triathlon for the United Way:
2nd annual event.
Very beginner friendly course.
This is the only triathlon in Cortland County.
Only 20 minutes south of Syracuse.
Course Information:
The swim will be in the calm and scenic waters of Little York Lake.
Bike course will be a loop, featuring very flat terrain with a few rolling hills. This course is mountain/hybrid bike friendly.
Run course will be a 2 loop spectator friendly run within the park, mostly on crushed gravel trails. Run does have a couple short hills.
