The 20th Annual ABC 7 5K Run and 3K Walk Honoring Jim Gibbons takes place in Lincoln Park Thursday, June 12, and consists of a 5K competitive run, a 3K non-competitive walk led by blood cancer survivors, and a party in the park. Proceeds benefit the Leukemia Research Foundation.
The online registration fee is $35 for adult runners who choose to be chip-timed, $30 for 5K fun run and 3K walk, and $15 for children (14 and under) 5K run and 3K walk.

A fun filled party immediately follows the 5K Run and 3K Walk. Participants enjoy food, refreshments and live music, and have the opportunity to visit the many partner tents on-site. This creates a great atmosphere for the participants to interact. An awards ceremony begins at 7:30 where survivors are brought on stage and recognized, and the top three male and female runners are awarded prizes.
