So youve decided to try a tri! This program is designed for beginners who want to complete their first triathlon or novices whoneed more practice and information. Our USAT Certified Coach will work with you two days a week on the basics of swimming,biking, running, transitions and race day preparation. Expect to do group rides, track and road running, and swimming. Learn about triathlon related topics such as: nutrition, rules & tips for race day, clothing and equipment guidance, how to change a flat tire, open water swim techniques, safety, pacing and much more.
Glastonbury & surrounding areas
Must have a road bike, running shoes, swim goggles & cap and a basic level of fitness
$260 per 8 week session (price includes race cost)
