This is a sprint triathlon in reverse. We start with the run, transition to the bike and end with the swim.
The run moves through Rand Park which is located in Keokuk. The bike portion runs down river road which borders the beautiful Mississippi River. The swim portion is done in the YMCA pool.
We also have a youth sprint triathlon as well as team categories.
