2014 Twinbrook Triathlon:

This is a super sprint distance triathlon for ages 10 to 100.
We'll swim in a 50 meter pool, have some fun on our undulating bike course through a Rockville neighborhood, and trot on a trail through the woods for the run.
This race adds a few hills to our calendar.... and we hope you'll be excited to add them to yours!!
