2013 Lakes to Pines Triathlon:

Join us for an early season triathlon!

The swim is in the Park Rapids High School Pool and the run finishes on the Park Rapids High School Track with all proceeds benefiting the Park Rapids Swim Programs.

Course Information:

Sprint Triathlon:

Swim: 500 yard swim will be held in the Park Rapids High School Pool.

Bike: 14 mile ride on paved roads (Hwy 71 and County 18). Limited traffic control.

Run: 5K run on a fast, out-and-back course.

Kids Distances:

Swim: 50 or 100 yard swim will be held in the Park Rapids High School Pool.

Bike: 12 or 1 mile ride around High School Parking Lot

Run: 500 yard run on High School Track.
