The RIVERSIDE TRIATHLON is a triathlon race in benefit of the Riverside Police Foundation promoting youth
Course Information:
This Reverse Sprint Triathlon is the PERFECT EVENT FOR ALL: challenged athlete, adult, youth, teams - whether experienced or beginner. The event takes place at the historic and newly renovated Bobby Bonds Sports Park. The competition starts with a 5K Run along one of Riverside's known citrus-lined Victoria Avenue. Athletes then transition to a 12-mile bike ride along this flat-and-fast course. The event finishes with 150 meter swim in the Bobby Bonds Olympic-sized pool.
Chip timing with splits will be utilitized. Police-Controlled Course and fenced transition area ... all under the careful watch of Riverside's FINEST

All finishers will receive a medal. 1st, 2nd and 3rd PLACE MEDALS will be awarded in the following categories: Male Overall, Female Overall, Relay Team, 10 & under M/F, 13-17 M/F, 18-24 M/F, 25-29 M/F, 30-34 M/F, 35-39 M/F, 40-44 M/F, 45-49 M/F, 50-54 M/F, 55-59 M/F, 60-64 M/F, 65-69 M/F, 70-74 M/F, 75-79 M/F, 80-84 M/F, 85-89 M/F. Perpetual trophies for the categories of PUBLIC SAFETY CHALLENGE and CLUB CHALLENGE. (Based on a point system.)
