Please select the event you are doing:
Some classes will have a longer bike followed by a run.
Other classes, you will alternate between bike and run for a series of
intervals. Cycling will start indoors but may move outdoors by the end
of the session weather permitting. Running will be outside. All
abilities are welcome.
Don't run? NO problem!! You can stay on the bike when the others run and still enjoy a GREAT workout. These are BYOBaT (bring your own bike and trainer) workouts that will allow you to practice your own bike position for maximum results.
