The Aloha Tri and Quintathlon is all about fun - come on out and join us! It's a benefit for Beans and Greens - an organization that improves access to farmers markets here in Kansas City. Fun day for a great cause.
Swim is a wave start every 3 minutes by age - with a safety wave option. Bike is a fun new route from Longview to Swope Park and the run is flat utilizing pathways around the park allowing athletes to cheer each other on and see their friends and families as they spectate!
