2010 Gunter's Grunt & Grind:

Mid-distance Adventure Race to take place at Lake Guntersville State Park in Guntersville. Alabama.

Disciplines including: trail running, mountian biking, and paddling with several mystery challenges that may require physical and/or mental ability.

The event will benefit the Ogden House. ~ ~ ~

Course Information:

The course will take park on the well-maintained trails at Lake Guntersville State Park. The trail running is on rugged terrain and follows flat paths to moderate climbs. The mountain bike course has some technincal challenges but is novice friendly. The paddling is on flat water but may require unique ability to perform undisclosed challenges. Challenges will be revealed in pre-race briefing on the morning of the event.

4-6 miles of trailrunning

6-8 miles of mountain biking

2 miles paddling

Plus "mystery" challenges. ~ ~ ~
