No long course this year - Olympic distance race instead. The sprint is flat and fast! The Olympic will likely use much of the sprint course.
The Sprint race is one lap around the pond (750 meters). The bike is an out and back, with gentle up & down grades, and one solid climb. There will be no aid stations on the ride, but volunteers be on the course. The 5k will start on paved surfaces, ending with a lap around the lake on dirt trails. There will be three aid stations along the run. Sprint Course Map Olympic Course Map
