2014 Cameron's Shoes Soleman Triathlon :
This is a fun sprint tri at a great venue. The swim is a narrow ski lake that is great for beginners and fun for the seasoned veterans. The bike is a 12 mile loop with great scenery right along River Road. The finale is a 5K trail run through beautiful woods and very likely a lot of water! Just as last year, mother nature will dictate the conditions of the run.

The bike route is a single loop course on river road.
It is a fairly fast course so have fun and be safe!
TRAIL RUN
5 Kilometers of beautiful wooded mud filled horror.
If you come unprepared, this run will eat you alive.
