Course Information:
Swim - Open water about 500 meter swim with water temps. between 65 - 75 degrees. Swim is marked with clear buoys and safety boats.
Bike - An out and back 12 - 14 mile ride on the wonderful rolling hills of the Old Glenn Rock Hwy. Three main rollers with the last two miles down hill, setting the participant up nicely for the run
Run - 5K Figure eight on a concrete path through the beautiful scenery at EKW State Park. Running along the Platte River and a great view of Casper Mtn.
The Riverside has a great reputation for being friendly to first timers and challenging for vets. We welcome all athletes and spectators to stay after the race for a free Bar B Q lunch.
