400m Swim 11 Mile Bike 5K Run
SWIM in our clean private lake
BIKE along the river levee and through farmland on packed service roads
RUN along the scenic San Joaquin River with varying terrain through riparian habitat
All participants receive an event shirt, FREE beer (over 21), pasta, fruit, and post-race party with Music, Food and FUN! Awards three deep in each decade age group. Age requirement minimum age 14.
Swim 400 meter swim in clean, controlled lakes with approximate temp of 78 degrees. Wet suits not needed
Bike- 11 mile mountain bike through working ranch on hard pack, loose gravel and farm roads. Some terrain may be soft. NO STREET BIKES RECOMMENDED. Helmets required.
Run 3.1 miles of trails with varying terrain through riparian habitat and along the scenic San Joaquin River. This is a true cross country course with hills, packed trail, sandy areas, and varying scapes.
