Westfields Triathlon 2014

Located in Chantilly, VA, the Westfields Sprint Triathlon is a great way to start off the season! For the experienced triathlete, this is a great way to see how your training is progressing and get yourself in race-ready shape. If you are a novice and looking to check out the sport, this is a great event to start. All athletes receive our signature technical T-shirts and finisher medals. With a 7AM start you'll be able to drive in the morning of the event and then stick around for all the post-race activities.

PACKET PICK-UP: Saturday April 26th, 2014 at the Westfields High School (Main front entry # 1) from 10:00 AM 2:00 PM. You must pick up your packet yourself. No one else can pick up your packet for you. Photo ID, and a valid USAT annual or one-day license are required to pick up your packet.

**Athletes must be age 18 and over.

Course Information:

The event features a short pool swim (250m) at the Cub Run RECenter followed by a flat bike ride (12 miles) and a scenic run (3.1 miles) along the paved paths behind Westfield High School.

Parking is available at Westfield High School located at 4700 Stonecroft Blvd, Chantilly, Va 22151 (adjacent to the Cub Run REC Center).

 Please follow the signs and park in the appropriate area in the North Parking Lot of Westfields HS.

 The transition area is in the parking lot of Cub Run Rec Center.

Please do not park at the Cub Run RECenter.

Other Info:

This race benefits three great organizations making a difference in the fight against cancer:

  Special Love is a nonprofit organization that provides cancer families a network of support, made up of other patients and families who know and understand the trials and triumphs of the cancer experience.

  Kyles Kamp raises money for pediatric cancer care and research through the Children's National Medical Center.

  Team Fight is an awareness and fundraising program that gets people active in the fight against cancer. Team Fight members mobilize, train and support people of all abilities to make an impact in the young adult cancer fight. Members participate in walks, runs, triathlons and other sport events to further the mission of the Ulman Cancer Fund.

 Come Out and Play! Get involved as an athlete or volunteer.
