1-mile ocean swim from La Jolla Cove to La Jolla Shores beach followed by 10K run on flat-packed sand at low tide (on loop course). Relays allowed; wetsuits allowed. Age-group awards and refreshments provided by Jyoti-Bihanga restaurant. A classic San Diego Summer event!
