This is great for novices to the sport of triathlon who are looking to finish their first swim-bike-run, as well as for the experienced triathlete looking for a tune-up race before the outdoor season. The event will begin with a 10-minute swim followed by a 30-minute cycle and a 20-minute run. Your score will be measured by greatest distance covered, but everyone will leave a winner!
Refreshments will be provided after the race and each participant will receive a goodie bag.

March 8th: Bike workshop focusing on bike repairs and technique.
March 22nd 10-11am: Nutrition training focusing on pre and post-race nutrition.

April 5th 9-10am: Transition training.
