2014 Cincinnati YMCA FitFest Indoor Triathlon:
1, 2, or 3 person teams.
10 minute swim, 15 minute bike, 15 minute run.
Results are based on distance achieved in fixed times per event.

Individual men & women: over 45.
Individual men & women: under 45.
Open teams of 2 or 3.
Course Information:
All events will be held indoor at the Central Parkway YMCA in downtown Cincinnati using our pool, electronic bikes, and treadmills.
