Course Info:
SWIM:
750 meters in a 50-meter pool (15 lengths)
Heats/order will be determined by estimated time marked on the entry form.
Circle swim order with lanes lines looping across 8 lanes of the pool.

BIKE:
13.4 mile route on paved and stone roads not closed to traffic
Helmet required for biking participation

RUN:
3.1 mile run/walk on paved roads and sidewalk, and gravel path not closed to traffic

Start/Finish/Transition Zone: Glenwood Park, Napoleon, Ohio
Parking is available across the street in the lot beside Nickel’s Bakery.


KIDS FUN TRI INFO (all new)
50 meter swim- must be able to complete without assist full length of the 50 meter pool without touching the bottom
¾ mile BIKE- from transition area at Glenwood Park to Frosty Boy and back
¼ mile RUN around Kidz Kingdom area
MUST be able to complete all 3 “legs” within 20 minutes.  1 adult (18 and over) assistant allowed in transition only.

A map will be provided the day with the registration packets and on the day of the race. The SWIM portion will consist of 15 laps in the Napoleon City Pool (outdoor, 50 meter length). The BIKE portion will go 13.5 miles from Glenwood Park down 424 to the Florida Department and back to transition zone. The RUN portion will again be south on Glenwood Ave. to cross Riverview Ave. to access the towpath trail along the Maumee River. After reaching the west end of the trail, participants will return to the finish along the same path.


The duathlon course replaces the SWIM portion with a 3.1 mile RUN that is the same run path as previously described.
