This is a duathlon (5k run, 20 mile bike, 5k run) and 5k event benefiting WCBC Missions locally and worldwide. This event begins in the parking lot of West Conroe Baptist Church (WCBC) and takes place on the back roads of Conroe through rollings hills with some fast, flat roads as well. The duathlon and 5k will begin at 7:30am. (**Please know that this will not be a chip timed race. A time clock will be up and trophies will be awarded for the top 3 finishers for male and female participants for each race division.) Snacks will be on hand before and during race with water stations available along the routes. Registration is open now and may be done on active.com website or you may come into the church office to pick up a registration form. Each participant will be guaranteed a race shirt if registered by March 26th. Registration is availiable the day of event opening from 6-7am, as well, but no shirt is guaranteed. Booths from different local vendors will be on hand. Race will take place rain or shine. For more information, please go to http://wcbcdu.webs.com/.
