2014 Whole Person Indoor Triathlon:
The ORU Aerobics Center presents its 5th Annual Whole Person Indoor Triathlon. This Super Sprint Triathlon is perfect for first time tri-athletes! The competition consists of a 400-meter swim (50 meter pool), 6.2 mile bike (stationary) & 1.5 mile run (indoor 1.6th mile track.) Individual competitions will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014 and team competitions will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2014. Spectators welcome!

Individual Triathlon Saturday:
Individual competitions will start on Saturday at 8:00 am. Heats will begin every 20 minutes from 8:00 am - 5:40 pm. Individual participants will swim, bike, then run. Prizes will be awarded to the Top Overall Male and Female, Best Swim, Best Bike and Best Run. Prizes will also be awarded to winning Males and Females in each age group: 14 & under, 15-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65+. Maximum # of individual competitors is 180.
