This camp is focused on enhancing your cycling skills, technique, body position and power.
Each athlete will benefit from specific cycling critique in a triathlon/time trial position, the understanding of the most aerodynamic equipment, how to improve their cycling for any distance triathlon, and nutrition for triathlon training and racing.
While the focus is on cycling; running and swimming arent forgotten. Each athlete will have a professional swimming and running biomechanical analysis performed by a CTS certified coach, with material to take home for.
This triathlon camp is not designed to be an epic training camp, yet it will be strenuous and most athletes should get plenty of training.
