Ready for a new challenge? If you want to successfully complete an international (also known as "Olympic") distance triathlon, our training program is just what you've been looking for. Coach Julie Morrison welcomes Milwaukee area athletes to this exciting training program in preparation for the Tri-ing for Children International Triathlon. Whether you have completed multiple international distance races, or this is your first experience with this distance, train with Jill B. Nimble to receive the premier group training experience. With our comprehensive program, you will receive coaching on heart rate, swim, bike, run technique, mental training, transition training, and nutrition information. You can do it all in the company of friends and have a fun time, too!

Pre-Program Criteria: To ensure every athlete's success for this Intermediate/Advanced level program, pre-training requirements have been established:
- Swim 400 yards continuously
- Bike 14 miles in under 1 hour
- Run or run/walk comfortably for 30 minutes
- Athletes must use a road or triathlon bike
