Description:

This race course is at a great red rock landscape.  The swim is in Lake Powell off the State Line boat ramp in Wahweep and Run/Bike is in Glen Canyon National Park.  The landscape has beautiful views of lake and the majestic cliffs in Wahweep Marina.  This is one of the best end of season triathlons with water and air temps averaging around 72 degrees each.  The packet pickup is in the park at Lake Powell Resort.  Traditionally capped around 300 participants for this race however Glen Canyon National Park has promised to increase the size of this race to 500 in 2014 because of the demand. All levels of participants race here at this USAT sanctioned event.
