2014 Kingston YMCA Indoor Triathlon:
The 24th annual YMCA indoor Triathlon is comprised of a 15 minute lap swim, 20 minute bicycle, and 20 minute track run. Heats begin at 8:00 am and will be comprised of 6 individuals. Total distance accumulated will decide the overall and age-group winners. Teams are encouraged to participate as well.
