Train for a Sprint Triathlon with a supportive, safe group! We meet 2 x weekly as a group and you get a comprehensive, online training plan with your own log for the remaining days of the week. We meet as a group on Wednesdays (6:30-8 pm) & Saturdays (7:30-9:30 am).

Other Info:

This fun and supportive program will focus on developing running, cycling, swimming and triathlon specific skills for new athletes or those triathletes returning to the sport. Scientific heart rate training methods will be used to customize workouts. Detailed, online plan and a personal log are included to continue training throughout the week.
