This training camp is a one day event where novice to advanced triathletes are welcome to come, participate in swimming and running activites. You will learn new drills and workouts, how to improve your techniques in each leg, and what type of equipment you may need to improve your performance.
Every participant will be video taped running and swimming using our state of the art video analysis program, Dartfish. Using this program, we can better analyize your movements and technique, helping you to improve in these areas.
This camp will be a variety of group lectures, hands on talks, and interactive (get up and move) workouts. Bring your swimming and running attire!.
Lunch and snacks will be provided.

Course Information:
This is the 2nd Annual Tri-It-Now Indoor Triathlon. This race will be held in junction with the Tri-It-Now Triathlon training camp. This is the perfect opportunity to practice all those drills learned at the camp. This triathlon is open to all public.
All legs of the race are indoors. Swim is in a pool with lane lines. Bike will be on spin or stationary bikes. The run can be done either on a treadmill or around the track.
This is a perfect way to jump start the race season.
All participants will receive a t-shirt and goody bag.
Valuable prizes will be awarded to top athlete in each leg of the race and overall top male and top female.
Entry fee is free to Tri-It-Now Triathlon Camp participants. $15 for general public.
