Course Info:
Swim Course

The swim course is set inside of Lake Dennison’s Day Use area while offering calm and clean conditions. It’s a great layout with our huge white buoys that can’t be missed! The beach at Lake Dennison is a great area for spectators, family and friends.

Bike Course
A great success in 2012 carries forward in 2013!  The new single loop bike course travels along smooth, safe roads into Winchendon Center and the City of Gardner.  If you haven't raced at Mass State in a while, you'll love this new course as it boasts rolling terrain with scenic views of Central Massachusetts and long stretches of open, beautifully paved road.

Run Course
The Run course is an out and back style on park and local roads, offering lots of shade!  The run concludes at the transition area with a spectacular finish under Max’s 25-foot arch.  Our announcer will be blasting some music and announcing each upcoming finisher for family and friends to cheer on.
