Memento to first 60 registrations
Participants are allowed times for safe transition between race legs. Transitions dont count toward the 60 minutes of racing time.
Duration: The indoor triathlon is based on time unlike outdoor triathlon based on distance.
Scoring: Performance is measured by the total distance covered in the swim and run set times. The more distance you cover, the higher your score.
Attire: Comfortable attire for swim, bike and run. Bring towel, bathing suit, swim cap, goggles, running shoes and water bottles. Spin bikes have SPD pedals and clipless cages.
Swim: Only 8 swimmers per wave, 2 per lane. You can swim any stroke that keeps you moving in the lane. You can rest at the walls as long as you want but keep in the mind the clock is ticking!
