The camp is two and a half days of training and presentations. Youll learn the skills needed to be optimally prepared for Ironman Arizona and have the unique opportunity to preview each leg of the course.

The Ironman Arizona is the premier winter long-course triathlon and one of the best reasons to be in great shape through the winter and early spring, and we planned this camp at just the right time to fit in with your race preparation. Come for the weekend and focus on training for Ironman Arizona and get a preview of the three courses. This camp is open to athletes of all levels, and will be led by CTS Triathlon Coach Nick White, who also works with Craig Alexander (2nd overall at the 2007 Ford Ironman World Championship in Kona, Hawaii).
