The TexasMan Sprint features a sand beach swim start. The bike ride features some Texas hills. (If youre not from Texas, a Texas hill is just that a hill which breaks up the flat terrain of the area). The run is mostly tree lined through the state park.

The intent of X-50? is for athletes to achieve both SPEED and ENDURANCE. Longer than an Olympic distance and shorter than a Half-Ironman, the X-50 distances are as follows: 1 mile swim, 40 mile bike, and 9 mile run.
