All events start and finish at Oregon Trail Pemberton Township, NJ.
Field limited to the first 400 entrants, sign up early!

AquaBike Awards top 5 male and 5 females
Top Male, Female and Co-ed Teams
The first 300 entrants will receive a T-Shirt
Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race

Olympic Triathlon - 1500 meter swim , Bike 40K and Run 10K
Olympic Duathlon - Run 5K, Bike 40K and Run 10K
Olympic Aqua Bike - 1500 meter swim , Bike 40K
Sprint Triathlon - 1/4 mile swim, Bike 11 miles and Run 5K
(NOTE: BIKE ROAD WILL BE CLOSED TO AUTOMOBILE TRAFFIC)
Swim
Clean Lake Public Beach, 2 loops
Bike
Fast and Flat 3 loops of 8 miles each (Road will be Closed to Traffic)
Sprint Triathlon is 1 loop 11 miles
Run
Fast and Flat partially off road on walking trail
Event promoters have the right to alter events, if dictated by weather or other conditions. |
Absolutely
no entry fee, or portion of entry fee can be refunded, transferred
or credited.

Helmets
(ANSI or SNELL) are required for the bike.

Water
available in transition area and on the run course only.

Take New Jersey Turnpike South to exit 7 US -206 South toward BordenTown/Trenton go approx 10 miles and make left on N. Pemberton Road go 2.8 miles and right at Arneys Mt Rd, go .5 miles and slight right on Fort Dix rd continue on Hanover St. .3 miles and make left on Elizabeth St. contineu on Pemberton Browns Mills Rd for 2.5 miles and make slight right on at 4 mile road go 4.7 miles and make left at Upper Mill Rd go .6 miles and road bends to right into Deep Hollow rd go .5 miles and make left on Oregon Trail |

Take Route 70 east after coming to Route
72 stay on Route 70 east and go approx 1 mile and make left
at Deep Hollow Rd and right at Oregon Trail

SOUTH:
|
Take Garden State Parkway North to exit
63A and merge onto Route 72 west go approx 22 miles to Route
70 East for 1 mile make left at Deep Hollow Rd and right at
Oregon Trail. |
