2014 Kerr Lake Triathlon:

This event benefits the American Cancer Society and supports their search for a cure.

Course Information:

Start with a clean open water swim.

Followed by one of the best bike courses around. The bike weaves through rural countryside on great pavement and has a nice mix of rollers and flat sections. If you have been working on your bike fitness, you will shine on this course.

Finish with a 2 loop out and back run course that has some gradual grades to break it up.

Snacks and drinks will be waiting for you when you finish.
