The Tri Faster Masters Swim (formerly Tri Faster Swim Training) program offers purposeful, directed swim workouts. They are appropriate for USMS swimmers, triathletes, and lap swimmers who want to make the most out of their workout time. Practices will be supervised by our on-deck swim coaches. You will enjoy structured and challenging workouts, stroke feedback from the coaches, and wonderful pools that will allow you to train with others that are your speed.
Our head coach Lauren Jensen has over 30 years of experience teaching swim strokes and coaching adults. She and Tri Faster have helped literally thousands of swimmers through our Swim Faster and Open Water Swim clinics over the past decade.
We provide an appropriate number of on-deck coaches each workout for safety and to provide individual feedback about your stroke, something that is unique when compared to most Masters swim programs. We also have a Beginner group option that swims a different workout and concentrates more on improvement and drills - currently the Beginner group is on Fridays. Each group is divided into different lanes based on ability and speed. Visit the online registration links below to learn more about the workouts for each session.
We have attracted a friendly, low-pressure, fun-based group of swimmers with a wide range of abilities - from those that just began swimming to get into shape or do their first triathlon to those that competed in college.
