Enjoy the benefits of cross-training every week with two triathlon
disciplines built into each class. Alternate between swim/bike,
bike/run, and run/swim workouts over the course of each session. Let the
Tri Faster coaches motivate and teach you how to elevate your fitness
to a higher level in an up-tempo and spirited workout. This class is
appropriate for triathletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to add some
fun, variety, and challenge to their training. Workouts will be held on
the spin bikes, treadmills, and WAC indoor pool.
Registration options available for single day drop-ins or entire sessions.
