The Battle at the Brazos Mud Run is a 10K/6.2 mile rugged, outdoor, all natural 32 obstacle course on 450 acres of Brazos River bottom land. The course requires you to climb, crawl, wade and fight your way through some of the toughest terrain nature has to offer. The Battle at the Brazos Mud Run will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2014. The run will take you through cattle pens, over round bales of hay, under barbed wire, over fallen trees, under an old house, through three stock ponds, alongside the river through heavy woods, down the river bank, and back up, through a dry gully and uphill through a plowed filed. All this and more while dodging cows, cow patties, gopher holes, knee high grass, ant mounds, and beaver dams.
