2010 May Day Milestone Indoor Triathlon:

  • The May Day Milestone is ideal for all levels of Triathletes.
  • This event will allow all newcomers to experience the rush of competition and will allow all seasoned veterans to put their off-season training to an early season test.

  • 10 Minute Swim,
  • 10 Minute Transition,
  • 20 Minute Ride,
  • 5 Minute Tansition,
  • 15 Minute Run

    • -

    Course Information:

    • First wave goes at 8:00am sharp
    • Athletes much check-in at the Registration Desk no later than 30 minutes before the start of their wave
    • Swimming will take place in 25yd competition pool
    • Ride will be on State of the Art "Keiser" Spin Bikes
    • Run will be on Precor Treadmills
    • Winners are determined by total distance
