2014 Power of a Woman Triathlon:
The Power of a Woman Triathlon presented by Nassau County Executive Ed Mangano, will strive to introduce all women to the sport of triathlon.
The race includes a 400 meter pool swim with 50 meter lanes, a 6-mile bike ride (on closed park roads) and a 2-mile out and-back-run.
It is early in the season and a great way to get involved in the sport, as well as a good warm-up race for more seasoned athletes.
