This is a perfect opportunity to experience a Triathlon for your first time, or just brush up on your skills.
Try the Tri is limited to 100 athletes to keep it small and non- intimidating.

Course Info:

The swim start has athlete’s dropping in the water every 10 seconds to help keep swimmers spread apart.
The bike course is fast with a few small hills to make it challenging.
The run has a few gentle rolling hills to keep it challenging and a whole lot of fun.
You must be at least 11 years old to participate and there is no age limit. An Eighty year old gentleman completed the race with a smile!

Try the Tri Training is available preceding this Race:
This program is great for that person who would like to experience a Triathlon for the first time, or get back into shape to race again. 5 weeks long, 2 times a week, Monday and Wednesday evening 6:30 to 8:00. The athlete will start in the pool for the first 30 minutes with a warm up, work on technique, and drills. Transition to spin bikes for an intense 30 minute workout, and the last 30 minutes will be run technique drills, body resistant weight training, core strengthening and finish with stretch if time allows.
