This program is great for that person who would like to experience a Triathlon for the first time, or get back into shape to race again. 5 weeks long, 2 times a week, Monday and Wednesday evening 6:30 to 8:00. The athlete will start in the pool for the first 30 minutes with a warm up, work on technique, and drills. Transition to spin bikes for an intense 30 minute workout, and the last 30 minutes will be run technique drills, body resistant weight training, core strengthening and finish with stretch if time allows.

This is a USAT sanctioned event and put together by a USAT and USATF certified Coach. The cost of this program is $200.00 it covers the 5 week training as well as the Triathlon on June 12th Try the Tri. This is the 4th year for the training program and Triathlon so enter early the Triathlon fills quickly and is limited to 100 athletes.
