PROPOSED BIKE Course:  Take a left turn out of the Stagecoach Lake Area on Hwy. 14 toward Oak Creek.  Riders will have newly paved rolling terrain to navigate.  Enjoy incredible vistas throughout this rolling bike ride as you navigate the first stages of this breathtaking course.  Then enjoy several miles of gradual downhills where bikers can fly on the wide shoulders all the way back into Steamboat.  Take a right on 14, up Yellow Jacket Climb back to Stagecoach Lake.  Check back for additional details, course confirmation

RUN Course:  Perfectly designed to aid in a fast recovery as our run takes place on 95% packed dirt trails.  The run takes you on a fairly flat jaunt around Stagecoach Lake with a hilly out and back section at the far end of the lake at the magnificent dam.  A perfect run for athletes preparing for IM Boulder.  Aid Stations located approximately every mile.
