This is an indoor pool swim, spin bike ride, and a treadmill run. The race is a staggered start with racers going in heats. The confirmation letter will give your heat time and information about packet pick-up.
Registration deadlines is February 21, 2010.
Prizes will be awarded based on gender and age group, and for top finishers. Teams are not included in age group awards.
All competitors receive a t-shirt.
