Train for a Sprint Triathlon with a supportive, safe group! We meet 2 x weekly as a group and you get a comprehensive, online training plan with your own log for the remaining days of the week. We meet as a group on Wednesdays (6:30-8 pm) and Saturdays (7-9 am). Training begins May 26! Our first group meeting is Tuesday, May 18 at 5:30 p.m.
The focus for this program is for the woman who "never in a million years think they will be able to complete a triathlon". If you have ever defined yourself as an athlete, but want to test yourself in a safe, structured program, this training is for you! We aim the training towards the Massachusetts State Triathlon on July 18, 2010!
