• Both of the Run and Bike courses are considered flat, with a few rolling hills in the bike course.
• The Bike course is a down and back course.
• The swim portion will take place in the University of Maine Competitive pool.

• Very easy to get to.
• Take exit 193 on 95 and follow the signs to  the University.
• Race information will be available at the Pool.
